OUR PHILOSOPHY
USAIMO stands for healthy, natural skin for women of all ages and backgrounds. Our goal is to actively promote the skin’s most natural state. We use skin-friendly, low-irritation ingredients and formulas that work in harmony with the skin microbiome and are suitable for sensitive skin. We also embrace the philosophy that “less is more”—a small number of ingredients helps prevent the skin from being overstressed by “too much.” Our approach is guided by a holistic philosophy.

For our basic care, we rely on formulas that are in harmony with the skin microbiome and support and positively influence the skin’s wild ecosystem. To promote skin health, the skin’s natural self-healing powers are mobilized, thereby strengthening the skin’s defense system.
Clean and holistic means more than just a trend to us – it is a decision to use ingredients consciously. Our formulas are very skin-friendly and free from critical ingredients and preservatives. A small number of ingredients prevents the skin from being overstressed.

ORIGIN
USAIMO was launched in 2025 by Lena Cooper after she had worked in the cosmetics industry for many years and had become closely involved in the development of skincare products. When she first came across research on the skin microbiome, she was amazed by its similarity to ecosystems in nature, and she could not get the subject out of her head.
For five years, she worked intensively on a skincare routine that works in harmony with the skin's natural ecosystem, supports it, and improves the conditions for the microbiome to thrive - USAIMO was born…

USAIMO CONCEPT
USAIMO is based on the two pillars of skin health and flexibility. A crucial part of healthy skin is a healthy and well-cared-for skin microbiome ecosystem. Our holistic approach is aimed at preserving the delicate balance of this ecosystem and improving the diversity of skin bacteria (biodiversity). Our mix & match principle makes it possible to specifically combine favorite products and adapt them to the specific needs of the skin.
OUR INGREDIENTS & TEXTURES
We focus on skin-friendly, low-irritation raw materials and do not use any critical or environmentally problematic ingredients. All our ingredients are vegan and 99% of natural origin. In our formulations, we always focus on skin tolerance and reducing things down to the essentials. More and more people have sensitive skin and are therefore dependent on particularly skin-tolerant products. For this reason, we test our skincare not only on conventional skin, but also on test subjects with sensitive skin.
Our basic care has been developed to resemble the skin's dermal membrane structure in both its physical structure and chemical composition. The ingredients are precisely tailored to the chemical composition of the skin, and the special composition results in a lamellar structure that biologically mimics the skin. This leads to better absorption of ingredients and the preservation of the protective barrier.
SUSTAINABILITY
We are aware that the production of beauty products has an impact on our planet. We try to keep the environmental impact as low as possible by examining our products' value chain and questioning decisions by ecological standards as well.
What does that mean in concrete terms? We try to reduce the use of material to the bare minimum, use single-material recyclable packaging where possible, and at the same time meet all other requirements such as protecting the sensitive ingredients, precise dosing, or complete emptying. We also carefully select the raw materials in our formulations. For example, we do not use palm oil in our products because vast areas of rainforest are destroyed to produce it. In general, we use almost exclusively sustainable raw materials in our formulations. Unfortunately, we are not yet where we want to be, but we are learning and are committed to doing better and continuously developing ourselves to further reduce our ecological footprint.
WHAT WE BELIEVE...
Beauty has no age
We are not fans of the term "anti-ageing". After all, how can we be "anti" one of the most normal and natural processes in the world?
We believe that language matters – let's treat skin with respect and love at every stage of life. You can be beautiful at any age – your skin automatically looks fresh and radiant when it is healthy and cared for with the right ingredients and lots of love.
If you want to be beautiful, you must laugh
How much more beautiful a person looks when they smile. Smiling is an expression of joy and warmth of heart, and a smiling person evokes positive feelings in us. What's more, it is incredibly healthy, because smiling strengthens the immune system, reduces stress hormones, and rewards us with the release of feel-good hormones. Smiling a lot even improves the appearance of the skin by reducing the production of the stress hormone cortisol, thereby combating sebum production and inflammatory processes. We believe that joy is the key to beauty.
Self-care before skincare
Skincare only helps if you also practice self-care. As great as we think our products are, in the end, a skincare product alone doesn't determine whether or not you have beautiful skin. Skincare also takes place outside the bathroom – a healthy diet, exercise, forest bathing, facial massages, and many other things that make you feel good are automatically good for your skin too.
Airless instead of jar
We are huge fans of airless packaging. Even though the jar is still by far the most common packaging option, it is also the least hygienic. The ingredients in a skincare product are highly sensitive. For this reason, they must be protected from external influences as much as possible. With a jar, the surface of the contents is exposed as soon as the lid is opened, and the product
comes into contact with air and light. If you then use your fingers to take out the contents, germs can easily get inside. Our airless dispensers have a special pump technology that does not let air in, so germs cannot enter the formulation during the entire period of use.
OUR BRAND
The name USAIMO is an abbreviation for “Unique Skincare Assisting (the) Individual Micro-Organism” and thus describes the individual purpose of supporting the microorganisms on the skin and nurturing this unique ecosystem.
Our symbol, featuring two half-arrowheads pointing in opposite directions, is the chemical sign for equilibrium—balance and equilibrium play an important role in all ecosystems.
